Shipping Information

For International deliveries LUIZAS & CO, uses FEDEX International Priority Freight.

We accept Returns or exchanges requests within 7 days after receiving your orders. (For products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error, we will be happy to exchange for the same items within 15 days from the date of delivery.)

Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Luizas & Co.

The product must be in the same conditions in which it was sent, with the labels and Brand tags, without indication of any use, in same packaging.

In the case of custom made items, or special requests, exchanges or return are not accepted.

All items for refund or exchange may not be returned without first contacting us at


Costs of return postage for exchange or returning goods

Return Costs are absorbed by the customer, whereas cost of sending back the new items are absorbed by Luizas&Co. 


Exchanges are acceptable for the same Item in different size or color subject to availability.

Exchanges for a completely different item are accepted at the discretion of Luizas&Co, upon sale price adjustment.

Exchanged items purchased at our online store can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

Luizas&Co will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags or labels removed.

Once you get a reply, you can return the parcel, including a copy of the shipment confirmation/invoice you received by email ("your order has been shipped" email).

Items should be returned unused, and with all Luizas&Co, garment  and Brand tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Special Request Orders are no accepted for Exchange or Returns.
